My integrative approach can draw from various modalities, from a short-term evidence-based treatment like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) that works to change our stuck beliefs, to more gentle yet highly effective approaches that go beyond focusing on your thoughts and beliefs, for the opportunity to engage and resolve trauma responses held in the body.

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) I can help you learn to tools to resolve fixed survival physiological states, increase your tolerance for difficult feelings, and change the way you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world.

As a Relational Bodywork and Somatic Education Practitioner (BASE-P), I use a holistic body-oriented approach to overcome the effects of trauma responses and emotional distress held in the body, including somatic interventions, relational attuned touch, and movement to support the body’s ability to return to regulation, ease, and flow.
